1. Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
2. Acceptance of Quotation
Acceptance of this quotation confirms approval for Streamcomkzn to proceed with the supply, installation, or services listed above.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once this quotation has been accepted, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the quoted amount may be charged to cover administrative costs, procurement of equipment, and work already completed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are COD / EFT unless otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment supplied remains the property of Streamcomkzn until paid in full.
5. Installation & Access
The client must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled installation time. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling fees.
6. Additional Work
Any work requested outside the scope of this quotation will be quoted separately and must be approved before commencement.
7. Warranty
All equipment carries the manufacturerโs warranty. Streamcomkzn workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days after installation.
8. Liability
Streamcomkzn will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
